Delivery of products

Ordered goods are delivered by courier to the specified delivery address (or to request office) in accordance with the tariff for the supply and these Terms of Service.

Delivery

The delivery time depends on the availability of the items. If you have all the ordered products in stock, delivery is within 24 hours of shipment.

Normal turnaround Order is 1-2 working days. If the product is not in stock (especially in the case of import exhausted or insufficient quantity produced) the period is longer.

It should be born in mind that each order time is needed for implementation: a conversation with the client and specifying the details, packaging, preparation of inventory consignment, consignment and order a courier. In this context, orders submitted after 15.00 hours is not likely to be received the next day.

 In the circumstances leading to delay execution of the contract the customer will be promptly informed of that telephone number.

Orders placed after 15:00 pm are processed the next business day. All orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Delivery will be made after order confirmation from our consultants by email or telefon.
